Nytt incitamentsprogram för Castellum

Castellum AB inför ett incitamentsprogram för företagsledningen i Castellum AB samt för de verkställande direktörerna i dotterbolagen, sammanlagt 10 personer. Incitamentsprogrammet ersätter tidigare gällande bonusprogram.

Incitamentsprogrammet baserar sig på kursutvecklingen för Castellum-aktien under den kommande tvåårsperioden. Överstiger kursökningen viss nivå erhåller berörda befattningshavare bonus i form av kontantbelopp. Eventuell utfallande bonus utbetalas som lön.

New incentive scheme for Castellum management

     
Castellum AB is to introduce a new incentive scheme for its management and for managing directors in its subsidiaries, in all 10 persons. The scheme replaces an existing bonus system.

The incentive is based on the market price development of the Castellum share over the coming two year period. If the market price increases above a certain level the incentive scheme participants will receive a cash bonus.
