Castellum investerar för 110 Mkr

Castellum har genom dotterbolaget Fastighets AB Briggen förvärvat en kontorsfastighet i Lund med en uthyrningsbar yta om ca 12 000 kvm för ca 110 Mkr. Merparten av lokalytorna är uthyrda, dock planeras vissa om- och tillbyggnationer för att passa flera typer av verksamheter. Tillträde har skett den 15 mars 2004.

Vidare har Briggen sålt en bostadsfastighet i Helsingborg till en nybildad bostadsrättsförening. Fastigheten omfattar ca 1 300 kvm och försäljningssumman uppgick till 17 Mkr med en vinst om 10 Mkr. Överlåtelse sker den 1 april 2004.

Castellum invests SEKm 110

 

Castellum has through the subsidiary Fastighets AB Briggen acquired an office property in Lund of approx. 12,000 sq.m. for approx. SEKm 110. Most of the premises are let, however there are plans for refurbishment as well as new construction for the purpose of suiting more kinds of activities. Briggen took possession of the property on March 15th, 2004.

Further more Briggen has sold a residential property of approx. 1,300 sq.m. in Helsingborg to a new tenant-owners’ association, which will take possession of the property on April 1st, 2004. The sales price totalled SEKm 17 with a capital gain of SEKm 10.
