  • Castellum buys office buildings in central Gothenburg

    Castellum has acquired the Gullbergsvass 1:2 and Gullbergsvass 1:12 office properties in central Gothenburg. Occupancy will occur March 1.

  • Castellum sells commercial properties near Boländerna in Uppsala

    Castellum is selling four retail properties as well as one office building in the Boländerna business area of Uppsala, to Svenska Handelsfastigheter. In total, the properties comprise approx. 50,000 sq.m, including the Bolandcity shopping mall. Sales price amounts to SEKm 678, after a 30 SEKm deduction for transaction costs and deferred taxes.

  • Castellum gains recognition for social sustainability

    Castellum is one of 10 Swedish corporations and the only Swedish real-estate company to be included in the prestigious SAM Sustainability Yearbook, where the highest sustainability performers are presented annually. This year’s issue of the Yearbook places great weight on social wellbeing, something that Castellum has been actively working to promote.

    The shareholders of Castellum AB (publ), Reg. No. 556475-5550, are hereby summoned to the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 5 pm in RunAn, Chalmers Kårhus, Chalmersplatsen 1, Gothenburg. The entrance opens at 4 pm.

  • Castellum appoints Business Area Manager in Helsinki

    Henrik Stadigh has been recruited for a newly created position as Business Area Manager for Castellum in Helsinki. Henrik arrives most recently from his role as Senior Vice President at the Sponda real estate company. Henrik Stadigh comes to Castellum with extensive experience from several management posts within the real estate sector, including senior management roles for Business Areas within the shopping-centre and real-estate-fund sectors.

  • We want to build for life and health in Hagastaden

    The City of Stockholm is proposing a land allocation agreement to Castellum, regarding three blocks of offices and residences in Hagastaden. Total investment for the acquisition of building rights has been calculated to approx. 800 million Swedish kronor. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2021, with occupancy in 2024, at the earliest.  

  • New CEO at United Spaces has profitability in focus

    Yvonne Sörensen Björud is known for her superb financial results – for turning losses into profits, at such major brands as Svenskt Tenn and Berns Hotel. She will now step in as the new CEO for United Spaces.
