Castellum invests SEKm 208

Castellum has through the wholly owned subsidiary Aspholmen Fastigheter AB
acquired two properties in Uppsala for SEKm 190.
   One of the properties is situated in the central of Uppsala at
Dragarbrunnsgatan, near Aspholmen's existing properties, and consists of 10,425
sq.m. office and retail premises. The property has an occupancy rate of 60%. The
other property is situated in the area Boländerna near parts of Aspholmen's
existing real estate portfolio and consists of 6,050 sq.m. office and retail
premises. The property has an occupancy rate of 70%.

In Linköping, in Tornvinge industrial area, Fastighets AB Corallen has acquired
a property for SEKm 18. The property consists of 2,390 sq.m. industrial and
warehouse premises. The property is fully let.

Castellum has during November prolonged parts of existing credit agreements as
well as added new credit agreements with a total of SEKm 1,000.
