Castellum’s CEO, Thomas Alexandersson, will resign at the AGM in 2000. The new CEO will be Lars-Erik Jansson, who is Deputy CEO of Castellum. The company’s Chief Financial Officer, Håkan Hellström, has been appointed Deputy CEO.
Castellum AB’s Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Alexandersson, will resign his post at the AGM on 22 March 2000. The new Chief Executive Officer will be Lars-Erik Jansson, who is currently Deputy CEO of Castellum AB. Lars-Erik Jansson, born in 1945, has been with the company since the start in 1994. Castellum’s Chief Financial Officer, Håkan Hellström, has been appointed Deputy CEO, while retaining his present responsibilities.
- "Next year I shall be 55 and it will be 20 years since my first appointment as CEO," comments Thomas Alexandersson. "In view of this, I have decided not to hold an executive post any longer, and I shall therefore resign at the AGM next spring. I note with great satisfaction that the Board has appointed Lars-Erik Jansson as my successor."
