Castellum sells properties with a capital gain of SEKm 40

Castellum has through a subsidiary sold properties in Gothenburg for SEKm 75 with a capital gain of SEKm 40.

Eklandia Fastighets AB has sold three residential properties with a
total area of 5,200 sq.m in the central parts of Gothenburg to a new
tenant-owners' association which will take possession of the
properties in the beginning of February 2004. The selling price
totaled SEKm 75 with a capital gain of SEKm 40.
