Castellum has through the subsidiaries Eklandia Fastighets AB,
Fastighets AB Briggen, Fastighets AB Corallen and Aspholmen
Fastigheter AB acquired four commercial properties for SEKm 160 and
sold two residential properties to new tenant-owners' associations
for SEKm 30 with a capital gain of SEKm 17.
Eklandia Fastighets AB has acquired an office property of 19,500
sq.m. in Gamlestaden Gothenburg for SEKm 94. The occupancy rate is
expected to be approx. 95 % at the time of taking possession in June
Fastighets AB Briggen has acquired an office property of 4,700 sq.m.
in Lund for SEKm 42. The property is fully let at the time of taking
possession which will be during the fourth quarter 2004. Further more
Briggen has sold two residential properties of respectively 1,277
sq.m. and 1,315 sq.m. in Helsingborg to new tenant-owners'
associations for a total of SEKm 30 with a capital gain of SEKm 17.
Fastighets AB Corallen has acquired a warehouse property of 4,700
sq.m. in Värnamo for SEKm 13. The occupancy rate is expected to be
approx. 50 % at the time of taking possession in July 2004.
Aspholmen Fastigheter AB has acquired an empty warehouse and
industrial property of 2,600 sq.m. in Västerås for SEKm 11. Taking
possession is set to June 2004. Further more Aspholmen Fastigheter AB
has acquired Skanskas minority share in the jointly-owned company
Kopparlunden Fastighetsutveckling HB for SEKm 5. The company contents
9,000 sq.m. of development properties and 16,000 sq.m. of building
permissions in the Kopparlunden area in the central parts of
