Castellum has through the wholly owned subsidiary Eklandia Fastighets AB in one
transaction both acquired a property in the area Lindholmen, Norra Älvstranden
in Gothenburg for SEKm 183 and sold land in Kallebäck, Gothenburg, for SEKm 21.
The acquired property, which is located near Eklandia's existing properties and
the recently acquired land in the area, consists of 10,800 sq.m. of which 8,800
sq. m. is office premises and the rest are warehouse premises as well as
premises for product development. The property is fully let. The transaction was
carried out at the end of March and the change of possession will take place in
the middle of April.
In Tornby shopping centre, Linköping, Fastighets AB Corallen has started new
construction of 10,000 sq.m. office-, retail- and warehouse premises. The
investment is calculated to SEKm 106 and to be progressively completed during
2012. Contracts have been signed on approx. 20% of the property.
