Castellum has through the wholly owned subsidiary Harry Sjögren AB acquired a
fully let property in the Åby-area, Mölndal. The property is situated near the
company's existing portfolio and consists of 7,625 sq.m. of which 4,850 sq.m.
are warehouse premises and the remaining area is office premises. The investment
amounted to SEKm 88. The change of possession has taken place.
In Fosie and Jägersro, Malmö, Fastighets AB Briggen has acquired three
properties near the existing portfolio. The properties are fully let and
consists of 7,280 sq.m. of which 3,715 sq.m. are office premises, 1,616 sq.m.
retail premises and the remaining area is warehouse premises. The investment
amounted to SEKm 57. The change of possession will take place in February 2012.
In Sollentuna Fastighets AB Brostaden has acquired a fully let warehouse
property of 2,650 sq.m. The investment amounted to SEKm 29. The change of
possession has taken place.
