Castellum AB (publ) has through the wholly owned subsidiary Fastighets AB
Briggen acquired a fully let warehouse and office property in Høje-Taastrup,
west of central Copenhagen, of 19,200 sq.m. On the property there are unutilized
building rights of approx. 15,000 sq.m. The investment amounted to SEKm 111 and
the change of possession has taken place.
In Herlev, northwest of central Copenhagen, Denmark, Briggen has acquired a
fully let office and warehouse property of 5,900 sq.m. The investment amounted
to SEKm 46 and the change of possession has taken place.
In Lund, Briggen has acquired an industrial and warehouse property of 1,770
sq.m. for SEKm 17. The property is situated near the company's existing
portfolio in Lund and was vacant at the time for the acquisition. The change of
possession will take place at the end of august.
Further Briggen has started a new production in Gastelyckan, Lund, of 2,400
sq.m. retail premises. The new production is fully let. The investment is
calculated to SEKm 29 and will be completed during the spring 2013.
In Jordbro, Stockholm, Fastighets AB Brostaden has started a new production of
an warehouse/industrial property of 6,550 sq.m. The investment is calculated to
SEKm 66 and will be completed during the second quarter 2013. Currently there
are no signed leases in the property.
In Lindome, south of Gothenburg, Eklandia Fastighets AB has sold two warehouse
properties of 12,430 sq.m. for SEKm 31 after reduction for assessed deferred tax
and transaction costs of SEKm 2. The latest valuation amounted to SEKm 31. The
change of possession has taken place.
In Varla, Kungsbacka, Harry Sjögren AB has started a new production of 2,300
sq.m. warehouse and office premises. The investment is calculated to SEKm 22
and will be completed during the third quarter 2013. Currently there are no
signed leases in the new property.
In Torsvik, Jönköping, Fastighets AB Corallen has sold a warehouse/industrial
property of 3,670 sq.m. for SEKm 15. The latest valuation amounted to SEKm 12.
The change of possession has taken place.
