Corallen started an investment in the Djurgården area, Linköping, which is an
urban development project in Linköping next to the exhibition area LinköpingsBo
2016, the University of Linköping and Mjärdevi Science Park. During the next
5-10 years, the area will be developed in phases with premises for retail,
residentials for 10,000 residents and schools.
Corallen's new construction will consist of retail premises of 7,730 sq.m.
The investment is calculated to SEKm 109 and to be completed during the first
quarter 2015. The new building has an occupancy rate of just over 90% and will
be completed according to the environmental system Miljöbyggnad.
In Smista Allé along highway 4, Fastighets AB Brostaden has started a new
construction of approx. 6,400 sq.m. premises for car sales of which approx.
3,000 sq.m. is parking facilities. The new building is fully let and will be
completed according to the environmental system Green Building. The investment
is calculated to SEKm 83 and to be completed during the third quarter 2014.
Further Brostaden has sold an office and warehouse property in Mariehäll of
4,340 sq.m. The property is situated near central Sundbyberg and will be built
with residentials. The transaction amounted to SEKm 57 net after reduction for
assessed deferred tax and transaction costs of SEKm 4. The latest valuation
amounted to SEKm 39. The change of possession has taken place.
In Mölnlycke Buisness Park along highway 40, Gothenburg, Eklandia Fastighets AB
has started a new construction. The new construction will consist of approx.
6,500 sq.m. fully let flexible warehouse premises. The investment is calculated
to SEKm 58 and to be completed during the third quarter 2014.
In Gustavsvik, Örebro, Aspholmen Fastigheter AB has sold an office property of
1,780 sq.m. The transaction amounted to SEKm 27 after reduction for assessed
deferred tax and transaction costs of SEKm 1. The latest valuation amounted to
SEKm 24. The change of possession will take place the last day of October 2013.
