- Rental income for the period January-June 2017 amounted to SEKm 2,563
(SEKm 1,807 corresponding period previous year).
- Income from property management amounted to SEKm 1,248 (820), corresponding
to SEK 4.57 (4.20) per share, an increase of 9%.
- Changes in value on properties amounted to SEKm 1,824 (616) and on derivatives
to SEKm 152 (- 223).
- Net income after tax for the period amounted to SEKm 2,647 (844), corresponding
to SEK 9.69 (4.32) per share.
- Net investments amounted to SEKm 3,849 (29,658) of which SEKm 3,349 (28,889) were acquisitions, SEKm 1,356 (802) new constructions, extensions and reconstructions and SEKm 856 (33) sales.
- Net lease for the period amounted to SEKm 199 (47).
