During the past year, Handelsbanken, PWC, Nethouse and Kinnarps Interior have moved into our newly built property, Drottningparken.
Drottningparken has now been completed. By the summer of 2016, all of its 4,300 sq. m. of office space was occupied by tenants who were able to move into fresh new premises with a magnificent view, overlooking the southern entrance to Örebro.
The office areas are adapted to the unique wishes of each tenant and these adaptations maintain a high, modern standard. Drottningparken occupies a prime location: close proximity to both city centre and Södra station. The property is also easily accessible by car from the southern entrance of Örebro, where the roundabout has now been opened up to Fabriksgatan. A parking garage on the ground floor features a number of electric-car charging points.
Environmental sustainability issues are important to Castellum, and Drottningparken is certified according to the Miljöbyggnad Silver standard.
