Castellum and four other major players are creating the Port of Gothenburg Logistics Park, close to the Port of Gothenburg. The investment is one of the largest of its kind in Sweden. It’s well situated near the largest port in the Nordic region, close to heavy-duty industries and access to topnotch infrastructure. The location is ideal for establishing efficient warehouse and logistics operations. Gothenburg has been ranked as best-in-Sweden for logistics operations for more than a decade. This position will be further strengthened as the new logistics park takes shape.

We’re planning a large-scale establishment of several buildings, comprising approx. 60,000 sq. m, and suitable for warehouse/logistics or industry, with a prime location next to Hisingen Island’s major traffic artery – 10 minutes from the Port of Gothenburg and 15 minutes from the city centre.

The first phase began in March 2017, when we built a versatile and state-of-the-art logistics facility of over 26,000 sq. m, which can be reapportioned into smaller units. Scheduled completion date is first quarter, 2018.

Miljöbyggnad confirms that the property meets significant criteria concerning energy, indoor environment and materials. The certification is administered by Sweden Green Building Council.
