Final project in Smista

Just one project to go in Smista, and it’s also the largest.

Construction of a building at the best-possible location in Smista is underway, and it will have a total leasable area of 9,000 square meters along with 15,000 square meters for parking.

With a height of approximately 20 meters and a facade length of 180 meters, the building will provide excellent exposure for our tenants along the E4/E20 highway, with the daily passage of more than 100,000 vehicles.

The building will have four floors of which the upper two will be for parking. The premises will be modern and tenants will be able to create a unique look facing Smista Allé. Parking is readily available directly adjoining the premises and in the parking garage. The premises have a ceiling height of 6.4 meters, and offices, dressing rooms, kitchens, pantries and conference rooms are efficiently located on the ground floor. Five strategically placed stairwells provide efficient access between all four floors.

Construction was begun in April of 2017 and is expected to be completed during the first half of 2019.

What are we doing now?
We're presently casting the foundation and spandrel beams and frame assembly was begun in mid-January. Work was started during week 3 and is scheduled to continue until week 25. There will be weekend work between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM during this period.

Major focus is being put on the working environment and safety, both for those passing by and the project's personnel.
